 Abbie Cornish is an Australian actress. She started modeling at age 13 and got her first acting role at the age of 15. The roles she played in films and TV shows followed. Cornish is best known for her performances as the courtier Bess Throckmorton in the historical film 'Elizabeth: The Golden Age', the heroin addict of the title in "Candy," Lindy in the sci-fi thriller 'Limitless' , and Fanny Brawne in the biopic 'Bright Star'. Her TV roles include "Outriders" and Marking Time'. As a singer and rapper, Cornish has been performing since 2000 under the stage name "MC Dusk". Born in New South Wales and raised alongside three brothers and one sister, she enjoyed an average childhood until her parents split when she turned 16.
