Adam G. Sevani Bio

Adam G. Sevani, born on 29 June 1992 was an American actor and dancer. Sevani is most well-known for his character Robert Alexander III / Moose in the Step Up film series. Sevani was featured in Step Up 2: The Streets (2008), the second installment in the Step Up film series. The film revolves around students who form a dance team and engage in a battle on the streets. Sevani's performance as Robert "Moose" Alexander III was well-received by critics, including The New York Times, for playing a character that "might be the most evil nerd in movie history". The film received mixed reviews and went on to make more than $150 million worldwide. In recognition of his performance in the film, Sevani was awarded the "Best Scene Stealer" award at the 2008 Young Hollywood Awards. In May 2009 Sevani was confirmed to play the role of Moose in the third installment of the Step Up series. Filming took place in New York City on a $30 million budget. Step Up 3D is about Moose and Camille Alyson Stoner, his best friend, who move to New York City to begin University. Sevani's character is involved in the underground dancing scene. It was released in August of 2010 with mixed reviews. As of August 2012, it was the top grossing installment in the series, with more than $159 million worldwide. In July 2012 Sevani made a small appearance in the fourth installment called Step Up Revolution. In 2014, Sevani once again reprised his role as Moose in the fifth installment of the Step Up film series, Step Up: All In. In August 2010, Sevani was confirmed to play the role in the American remake of the 2008 French film LOL (Laughing Out Loud) along with Miley Cyrus, Demi Moore and Ashley Greene. The film tells the story of Cyrus getting her senior year over in high school. The film was released in May of 2012. got a limited US release, and was given bad reviews from critics.
